Chef’s Salad is offered as an alternative to the menu. Guests should be advised of this option. If the salad is desired, it must be noted on the reservation check. No changes can be made after reservation deadline.

NOTE: Salad dressings available are Italian and Ranch only.

Program
Are you entertaining the same people with the same old table settings? Catty Miller and Michelle Lupo of Pottery Barn will show us exciting looks using mostly pieces we already have.  We can have new looks for formal seated dinners to casual buffets.  Just a new piece or two and a fresh design will make your table pop!

Pottery Barn will give each of us at the luncheon a 15% off coupon.

Other Events this Month

TRAVEL – MARCH 6 - will be a delicious lunch at Candy Apple Café, 400 N. Hogan St., downtown, at 11:30am, followed by a private candy making class at Sweet Pete’s Candy at 1pm.  We’ll learn to make chocolate candy and then tour the facility and enjoy their yummy ice cream.  Cost for the class is $15 per person, prepaid.  Your $15 check, made out to Mandarin Women’s Club is due upon signing up.  We will leave promptly at 10:30am from Hobby Lobby. Rider’s share is $7, cash to your driver. Parking meter or valet parking only are available on at Sweet Pete’s.

ANTIQUES –MARCH 13 - we will travel to the charming town of St. Mary’s, Ga. for some great antiquing.  Lunch will be at Lang’s Marina on the St. Mary’s River.  We will leave from the Hobby Lobby parking lot promptly at 9:30am.  Riders share is $12 cash to your driver.

MANGIA MAMA’S –MARCH 20 – we will meet at the Tree Steak House at 10:30am to carpool to Avondale.   Lunch will be at The Brick at 3585 St. Johns Ave.   After lunch we can browse the lovely shops of Avondale. Rider’s share is $7 cash to your driver.

TRAVEL – SATURDAY - MARCH 28 – Mansions of Riverside – we will drive INDEPENDENTLY to the Blue Fish Restaurant in Avondale at 3551 St. Johns Ave.   It is strongly suggested that you carpool among yourselves as parking can be a little dicey in that area. Gary Sass of Ad Lib Tours will meet us there.  We will board the bus at 9:45 so try to arrive by 9:30. After a tour of the homes which will last approximately 1½ to 2 hours, Gary will drop us back at the Blue Fish for lunch (cost not included in the tour).  The cost of the tour is $40 per person.   Checks must be made payable to Mandarin Women’s Club.   Checks MUST be received by March 14.
