Doors open at 9:00 Am for check-in/social time.  Meeting will begin at 11:45am. (Please do not arrive any earlier as the room will not be ready for seating).
​Luncheon Cost $16.50. Contact Geri at 904-993-7649 nlt April 20 for reservations, no exceptions.

Chef’s Salad is offered as an alternative to the menu. Guests should be advised of this option. If the salad is desired, it must be noted on your reservation check. No changes can be made after reservation deadline.
NOTE: Salad dressings available: Italian, Light Italian and Ranch only  

Program
April 27 brings us our super popular Game Day. Your game choices are either Bunco or Mexican Train. Please write the name of the game you choose on your luncheon reservation check. Also, if you can bring a card table, it would be greatly appreciated since we have to rely on volunteers to provide them. Let Jean Hopper know if you can bring yours. OTHER ACTIVITIES
​Travel – April 7 – We will be traveling to Kingsley Plantation to learn about the history of this old plantation. We will be doing a self-guided audio tour. Entrance to the plantation and audio tour are free of charge.   We will leave from the Hobby Lobby parking lot promptly at 9:30am. After our visit to the plantation, we will take the Mayport Ferry to the Safe Harbor Restaurant where we will enjoy a great lunch on the St. Johns River. Rider’s share is $8.50 cash to your driver, which includes the ferry cost of $6 per car. Please sign up at the luncheon or contact Linda Peacock.
Dining Out – April 8 –Due to numerous requests, we’re going to visit Gusto’s Italian Restaurant at 1266 Beach Blvd. We will meet at 6:30pm. Their phone is 620-5555. Gusto’s has gotten 5 stars from the majority of diners.
Take San Pablo Rd. to Beach Blvd., turn right and then it will be on the left shortly. Sign up at the luncheon or contact Judy Witte.
Movie Mania – April 11 will be at Tinseltown at 4535 Southside Blvd. Sign up sheets will be at the March luncheon.  Please be sure to include your email or phone number so that Toby can let you know the movie and showtime.  Suggestions are welcome! Recipe Exchange – April 12 -- will be hosted at the home of Jean Hopper at 4895 Northford Pl. E in Walden Woods. The theme is “Sandwiches”. Jean will provide drinks and dessert. Please bring your recipe to share and a container to take home leftovers. Sign up at the luncheon or contact Jean
Antiques – April 14 – we will head for one of our favorite antiquing destinations – the quaint little town of Micanopy. Just below Gainesville, it has lots of cute shops and the Florida Café for lunch, all quite close together.  The drive takes approximately one hour and forty five minutes. We will meet at 8am in Beall’s parking lot on San Jose (near Verizon), leaving promptly at 8:15am. We will drive down SR13.  Rider’s share is $9 cash to your driver.

Picnic – April 22 – will be held at Losco Regional Park at 10931 Hood Rd S. That’s just north of the bend in Losco Rd. The barbecue picnic starts at 11:30am and ends at around 2:30pm. We will eat at about 12 noon. Seating is limited, so please bring your folding chairs. There is no charge, and spouses are welcome. This is an adult event, but no alcoholic beverages are allowed in the park. Please sign up at the March luncheon, indicating whether you’re including your spouse, or contact Barbara Petty.
