Doors open at 10:30am for check-in/social time and our meeting will begin at 11:00am. (Please do not arrive any earlier as the room will not be ready for seating).
LUNCHEON COST: $25. All attendees must contact Barbara Metallo at 904-612-6494 to confirm their reservation. Make your check payable to MANDARIN WOMEN’S CLUB and contact Barbara for mailing instructions. Checks must be received by March 16th. There will be no exceptions. A lunch buffet will be served, then you can try your luck playing BINGO. BINGO cards will be available to purchase, 10 cards for only $5.00, CASH ONLY. We will be playing a variety of games. There will be ca$h prizes. Don’t be left out. You can’t win if you don’t play! SOCIAL Please mark your calendars for March 14th, 4PM for a “Build Your Own Pizza” event at HarborChase. It includes two salads, garlic bread, marinara sauce, and non-alcoholic beverage. The price is $15.00 per person payable by check only made out to Mandarin Women’s Club. Guests are allowed. Other Events Antiquing: March 6 – New Smyrna - We haven’t been in several years so it will be fun! We will meet at Hobby Lobby at 9am and leave by 9:15am. We will visit some of the great antique stores (most on the same street). Lunch will be at Corkscrew Bar & Grille. Cost to driver is $10. Movie Mania: March 10 - Come join us for Song Sung Blue (2025), Running Time: 2 hr 12 min, Biography/Drama. LUNCH: Dolce’s, next to HarborChase, 11:30 AM, MOVIE: HarborChase, 3rd Floor Theatre, 1:00 PM. SYNOPSIS: Lightning and Thunder, a Milwaukee husband and wife Neil Diamond tribute act (Hugh Jackman & Kate Hudson), experience soaring success and devastating heartbreak in their musical journey together. Any questions contact Toby Richmond. Mah Jongg has two teams on two different dates. Anyone who would like to sub for either team, please contact the respective chair. TEAM A: March 16, 12:30pm – If you are interested in playing with Team A, contact Mary Kay Weis. TEAM B: March 23, 12:30pm – Meets on the 4th Monday of every month at HarborChase. If you are an experienced player and interested in joining this group, please contact Sarah Sallas-Herring. Marathon Bridge: March 24 - 4th Tuesday each month from August thru May (except December) at 11am at Noura's Cafe. Please call or text Mary Chapman if you would like to sub or want more information. Continental Rummy: March 25 - 10:00am, meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month from10:00am to approximately 1:30pm at Panera Bread (11111 San Jose Boulevard - Riverplace Shopping Center). The game is easy to learn, played as an individual (not pairs), tables of 3-8. There is both luck of the cards and some strategy involved. Participants should bring $1.80 in dimes. If you would like a copy of the rules, have questions or would like to sign up please email Debbie Jones. BE SURE TO BRING 18 DIMES. Night Train: March 27 – 6:30pm – We play at HarborChase. Mark your calendar for the last Friday of each month. This is Mexican Train, and we are happy to teach beginners. Park in the back and check-in at the front desk. We play with quarters, so please come prepared with $3.25 in quarters. Bring your own non-alcoholic drink and snacks. If you would like to join this group, contact Gail Packard.
